was formed in 1982 to be a full service, independent insurance agency,
meaning:
FULL SERVICE – having the capability to offer our clients every
type of insurance available for both their personal and business
requirements;
INDEPENDENT – representing a host of insurance carriers, which
allows us to obtain competitive quotes for our client’s consideration
Providing EXCELLENT service to our clients is our #1 priority. Our charge
to all of our insurance carriers at claim time is "settle the claim fast and
fair". We will, and have, dropped everything to make sure that a carrier
upholds our standard of service.
We also believe in giving back to our community where we live and work.
Between Jeff and Mike Brown we have belonged to the following organizations:
Therapeutic Horseback Riding, Inc., Concordville Rotary, Westtown-Goshen
Rotary*, Brandywine Lions*, West Chester Chamber of Commerce*, Chester
County Chamber of Commerce, Business & Professional Association of Western
Delaware County, and The Chadds Ford Business Association (* denotes past
President). Through leadership efforts we have raised over $500,000 for
local charities over the past 20 years.
Our personal lines operations (auto, home, umbrella, etc.) are serviced
by Affiliated Insurance Service Corporation (AISC). They are location at
1217 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA. 1928 #(610) 940-0750. Besides our
agency, AISC services the customers of three other insurance agencies.
